America’s First Delivery-Only Kitchen Leads the Way as a Customer-Centric Startup

ClusterTruck, an Indianapolis-based technology and food startup that operates delivery-only restaurants, has selected Signal Theory as its agency of record in a move to grow its consumer base nationwide. ClusterTruck currently operates in Indiana, Ohio and Missouri.

Signal Theory will refresh the ClusterTruck brand and enhance the customer experience through brand positioning, landing pages, social media and advertising.

The startup’s value proposition centers on connecting consumers to multiple types of cuisines that are cooked to order by ClusterTruck chefs in a central kitchen and delivered within six minutes. Customers can track their order the moment it’s placed.

“ClusterTruck is uniquely solving common delivery frustrations like ill-timed food that becomes soggy or orders that get misplaced or have incorrect items,” says John January, co-CEO of Signal Theory. “They have studied the market demand for improved delivery as more and more Americans are choosing to order in and dine at home or at their workplaces. When you bring high-quality ingredients and a delicious variety to elevate the prepared food delivery experience, that is a marketable combination.”

ClusterTruck’s proprietary software platform is different from third-party delivery services as it offers vertically integrated delivery-only kitchens.

“As ClusterTruck continues to redefine the food delivery landscape and expand our footprint, we are thrilled to welcome Signal Theory as our creative partner,” said Chris Baggott, CEO and co-founder of ClusterTruck. “This team approaches our business goals with the laser-focused strategy, creativity and optimism needed to take the ClusterTruck brand to the next level.”
