The BrandLab logoThis year’s interns were selected from a highly competitive group of applicants. Two of the 2023 interns were chosen through a partnership with The BrandLab, a multi-market nonprofit organization building a movement to change the face and voice of the marketing and advertising industry.

“Our commitment to creating meaningful change in the ad community starts with our internship class,” said John January, co-CEO of Signal Theory. “This year’s intern group is already bringing energy, unique views and talent that will push our work and thinking to be even stronger for our clients.”

The nine-week paid internship program pairs interns with agency mentors in their field of interest to provide guidance and facilitate work on client-focused teams. Interns are introduced to a full-service agency and all aspects of the brand development and creative process through client-focused projects. They will learn about the firm’s use of behavioral science as it applies to work in project management, copywriting, strategy, public relations and art direction.
