Signal Theory has a summer internship opportunity for an individual who is ready to experience life in advertising at one of the leading brand development, marketing and design firms. You’ll have the opportunity to work virtually and fully integrated into a cross-discipline team of pros focused on delivering great work to one of our coveted clients in the food focus area.

At Signal Theory, the account management intern will learn about the client-facing side of the advertising business. You’ll work alongside account management team members to deliver great work for our clients and develop great client relationships. Some of the things you might assist with include collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams, working with the creative team on client feedback, attending client-facing meetings, some photo shoot planning and client asset management. 

The experience and skills an account management intern will need.

  • Marketing, advertising major (or other relevant coursework)
  • Effective time management and organization skills

  • Endlessly curious and a self-starting mindset

Our 2021 summer internship is a paid 10-week program beginning June 2 and continuing through August 11. You’ll be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and get a firsthand look at how we find the “why” in human behavior. Our teams are working from home and you’ll be supervised, coached and mentored by the best account management experts at the firm.

Because of the virtual working nature of this internship, we’re accepting applications from those who reside in Kansas, Missouri, Georgia and Texas. The application deadline is March 12, 2021.
