Meet Signal Theory's 2022 Summer Interns - Signal Theory

This summer Signal Theory selected nine interns for our summer internship program. The interns are Lucy Hoffman, Peter Smith, Anna Carr, Adlai Ruffin III, Erin Manis, Caroline Raschen, Rajaa Vora, Gabby Richest and Lyric Evans.

Three of the interns were chosen through a partnership with The BrandLab: a multi-market nonprofit organization building a movement to change the face and voice of the marketing and advertising industry.

The 10-week paid internship program matches interns with client-focused teams across Signal Theory’s Kansas City and Wichita offices. Interns gain exposure to all aspects of the brand development and creative process by observing and taking part in client projects. They learn about the firm’s use of behavioral science as it applies to disciplines such as copywriting, art direction, strategy, account management and public relations. The interns are paired with an agency mentor related to their field of interest.
