As a Producer at Signal Theory, you'll play a key supporting role in bringing creative vision to life through our production department, Signal Theory Productions (STP). Working alongside our production team, you'll contribute hands-on expertise across video productions and photoshoots — helping ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and on brief. You'll help connect the dots between creative and execution, leveraging behavioral science insights to create more impactful content. Your commitment to a first-class experience means you show up for every production ready to keep things running smoothly and make everyone involved feel valued and supported throughout the process.
You're a quick learner and a self-starter who takes initiative but isn't too proud to ask for guidance. You welcome feedback, own your growth, and approach every project with honesty and integrity. You bring confidence without ego and understand that being easy to work with across disciplines is just as valuable as your technical skills.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing your time across multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are excited to contribute to Signal Theory Productions alongside a talented, tight-knit team.
Bonus points if you bring fresh ideas for social content and have a natural ability to connect with people — because around here, great relationships are part of the job. The Producer reports to the Executive Producer.
